Opening Reception of the Verity O'Brien Post Card Exhibit

The Verity O'Brien Post Card Exhibit opened with a gala reception on Friday June 15 at Starr Boggs Restaurant. The reception included Historical Society members dressed in period costumes depicting characters in the various postcards, an auction of postcard replicas, and a dedication presentation from Peter Webb, Verity O'Brien's son and fellow postcard collector.A special thanks to the exhibit organizers: Bob Murray, David Fox and Ron Michne, Jr..
